Sarah Rafferty “landed” in the insurance field in 2004 and has been helping clients with their personal insurance needs ever since! Born and raised in Kansas, Sarah relocated to Pennsylvania in 2002 after moving here with her husband. She started pursuing a degree in marketing from Seton Hill University after her arrival. During that time, Sarah began to work scanning files at an insurance agency in a temporary capacity. That window into insurance led to a lifetime career. The agency liked her so well she landed a permanent position there in 2004.

Since then, Sarah has been licensed as an insurance agent, built a thriving clientele, and was promoted to a team leader position. Her passion is to help people understand what insurance is, what they are buying, and why they need it! Sarah and her husband, Chad, reside in the foothills of the Laurel Highlands with their four kids ranging from age 4 to 23. Together with their 200-pound dog Duke, Sarah and her family enjoy everything the Laurel Highlands has to offer. From kayaking to biking or just driving around to take in the breathtaking beauty, Sarah and her family frequently find ways to enjoy nature. Coming from the midwest plains, Sarah finds Western Pennsylvania absolutely beautiful. And as a breast cancer survivor, Sarah lives life to the fullest, appreciating every moment and being the light in the darkness for not only other breast cancer patients but everyone she encounters.
