In 1880, Baily Insurance Agency was founded by J. A. F. Randolph and Harry Baily in Waynesburg, PA. Today, we are a fourth-generation insurance agency, family-owned and operated by David Baily and Michael Baily. In 2004, we added an office in Ligonier, PA (formerly known as the Gooder Insurance Agency) to expand our service to Westmoreland County.
