Commercial Lines Producer
Role and Responsibilities
Baily Insurance Agency is looking for a candidate who shares our core values of having a Warrior Spirit, Servant’s Heart, and Joyful Attitude. The Producer role is responsible for selling and marketing property and casualty insurance and helping clients manage their risk. The producer will develop a sales and marketing strategy and work with independent insurance carriers to provide client solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop targeting strategies and niche of specialization.
- Set prospect appointments.
- Create and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Develop and utilize an advanced understanding of agency and carrier technology.
- Work independently and in conjunction with account managers to utilize insurance carriers and agency resources to create client solutions.
- Develop and manage referral partnerships.
- Help to establish department processes and workflows.
- Attend local networking and business events as needed.
- Attend niche industry events as needed.
- Attend ongoing training.
- Monitor client relationships as needed to ensure superior service.
- Meet continuing education requirements and state licensing standards.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor degree preferred.
- 7+ years of insurance experience in commercial lines.
- Pennsylvania property and casualty license required, Life and Health preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
- CIC, AAI, or equivalent preferred.
- CRM or equivalent preferred.
- Has directly written and retained over $500,000 in Commercial Lines business revenue.

Commercial Lines Account Executive
Role and Responsibilities
Baily Insurance Agency is looking for a candidate who shares our core values of having a Warrior Spirit, Servant’s Heart, and Joyful Attitude. The Account Executive role is responsible for marketing, assisting in selling, and providing excellent customer management for our Strategic Accounts in the Commercial Lines Department.
Primary Responsibilities
- Independently manage client relationships and ensure superior service.
- Assist Sales Team with obtaining necessary information and collaborate on strategies for managing risk.
- Perform coverage reviews, determine coverage gaps, and advise clients on risk management solutions.
- Responsible for policy marketing, claims management, resolving complex service issues and overseeing renewal process.
- Develop and execute strategy for cross-sell opportunities.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor degree preferred.
- 7+ years of insurance experience in commercial lines.
- Pennsylvania property and casualty license.
