Jake Schott is a man with grit and determination! As a student at St. Vincent’s, Jake studied marketing and played varsity baseball. Being a college athlete meant that Jake had to manage the demands of schoolwork along with playing a varsity sport in a very competitive atmosphere. This experience taught him to focus, manage his time well, and be a team player. 

Now Jake is bringing those skills to the Baily Insurance team. As a worker’s compensation advisor, Jake is eager to help clients ensure their businesses and employees are protected.

Jake is passionate about helping his clients get this important coverage in place. He recognizes how important worker’s compensation is in protecting what business owners have worked so hard to establish. Many of Jake’s clients have been first-generation business owners and entrepreneurs who have poured themselves into their businesses. Their businesses give them the freedom and ability to grow their income and fulfill their dreams. Jake knows firsthand that worker’s compensation is critical to helping them protect what they’ve worked so hard to build.
