Have you ever wondered who it was that answered your call to the agency? Here she is…Dawn Ashby! 

In May 2023, Dawn Ashby joined the Baily Insurance team on our frontline. Dawn is the first person to greet you when you walk through our front doors, and she’s the friendly voice that directs your call when you need to speak with your agent. And if you’re not sure to whom you need to speak when you have an insurance need, Dawn will get you to the right person!

Dawn is a Greene County native. Raised in Brave, Dawn attended Waynesburg Central High School before attending the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and studying the culinary arts. For the past 13 years, Dawn has been putting in very long days managing busy kitchens at both the Meadows and PNC park – most days working up to 12 hours.

As a mother of three, Dawn wanted to work closer to home and have more time to spend with those she loves the most, her husband, Jared, and their three children, Gunner, Easton, and Oaklee. On the weekends, they enjoy camping, especially at Blackwater Falls, where they enjoy riding the diesel train or steam engine.
