Hailing from Canonsburg, PA, Brett Chupinka knows Southwestern PA like the back of his hand. Since getting his real estate license at age 18, Brett has sold properties in Greene, Washington, Westmoreland, Beaver, and Allegheny Counties. In 2009, he completed his degree in real estate and business management at LaRoche University.

With a career as a real estate broker, he enjoys meeting people from all kinds of backgrounds, helping them find their perfect home or commercial property. Brett began working with Baily in February 2020 and was excited to work with a local independent firm that has a strong local focus and presence.

When he gets the opportunity, Brett can be found working on a building project or cheering on his favorite Pittsburgh Penguins. Currently, Brett lives with his beautiful wife, Audrianna, in Washington County.
