Brent Huber enjoys helping businesses and individuals protect what they’ve worked hard to build. He believes great insurance service is about being proactive — helping clients identify needs and put the right protections in place before unexpected situations arise. Brent values the opportunity to serve as a trusted resource for clients, family, and friends alike.

Before entering the insurance industry, Brent spent several years helping run his father’s facilities service contracting company. After about 10 years in that role, he decided he was ready for a career change and transitioned into insurance with State Farm. There, he served as a sales and service manager, overseeing day-to-day agency operations while gaining experience in personal and commercial insurance. Over time, Brent began focusing more heavily on business insurance, particularly serving small businesses and niche industries such as pizza shops and restaurants. He also developed a strong passion for client retention by creating an outstanding service experience for customers.

In 2022, Brent moved fully into the commercial insurance space with Henderson Brothers, where he worked alongside and supported commercial producers in serving business clients.

At Baily Insurance, Brent advises businesses of all sizes — from small companies to middle and large market organizations — helping them navigate their commercial insurance needs both within Pennsylvania and beyond. He enjoys building long-term relationships with clients and helping them feel confident that their businesses are properly protected.

Outside of work, Brent enjoys spending time with his two nieces and his nephew, visiting Deep Creek Lake, hiking, and following Pittsburgh sports. A graduate of University of Pittsburgh, he’s also a loyal Pitt fan who enjoys keeping up with the Panthers right alongside Pittsburgh’s professional teams.
