In 2001, Lisa began her career in the insurance industry as an office administrator and assistant bookkeeper with the Gooder Agency in Ligonier, PA (now owned and operated by the Baily Insurance Agency). Lisa was promoted to a Customer Service Representative then moved to our Commercial Lines Department as an Account Manager.
